Install on iPhone

Short answer

On iPhone, connect to Wi‑Fi, open your PuffinFi QR from Account → My eSIMs or your install email, then go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code and scan. When you land, turn on the eSIM line and data roaming if your plan requires it.

Steps

1. Connect to Wi‑Fi before you fly.
2. Open your install QR in /account/esims or your PuffinFi install email.
3. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
4. Scan the QR (or enter the activation code manually if offered).
5. Label the line (for example “Travel”) and keep it ready for arrival.
6. When you land, turn on the eSIM line and enable data roaming if required.

Tips

• Dual SIM: keep your primary line for calls/SMS if you want; use the travel eSIM for data.
• Don’t delete the eSIM until your trip is over unless support asks you to.
