How PuffinFi works
Pick a destination plan, check out while signed in, wait while we prepare your eSIM, then install from your account or email.
Short answer
Choose a destination and plan on PuffinFi, sign in to checkout, pay securely, then install when your eSIM is ready. You get a QR code and steps in the web app and by email—install on Wi‑Fi before you fly, then connect when you land.
Steps
- Browse destinations and plans at /plans.
- Sign in (required for checkout) and complete payment.
- We prepare your eSIM with our network partner—usually quickly after payment.
- Open Account → My eSIMs (or your install email) for the QR code and steps.
- Install before you fly; turn on the travel line when you arrive.
Tips
- Keep the install page or email handy at the airport Wi‑Fi.
- Track progress from your order page if the eSIM is still preparing.
Escalation
If payment succeeded but you have no install materials after refreshing and waiting a few minutes, email support@puffinfi.com with your order reference and account email.
