Account and checkout

Short answer

You can search destinations and browse plans without signing in. Starting checkout requires a signed-in account—there is no guest checkout. After you sign in, we take you to secure Stripe-hosted payment.

Steps

1. Pick a plan and select Checkout.
2. If you are logged out, sign in or create an account when prompted.
3. Complete payment on Stripe’s checkout page.
4. Return to PuffinFi to follow order progress and install when ready.

Tips

• Use the same email for your account and support requests.
• Your eSIMs and orders live under /account after sign-in.

Escalation

If you cannot access the account that paid, or you were charged and see no order after signing in, email support@puffinfi.com with the email on the payment receipt and any order reference.
